รศรรสำฦต Tuition and Fees Remain Unchanged

March 4, 2021

The รศรรสำฦต Board of Governors has voted unanimously to keep tuition and fees at the present rate for the 2021-22 academic year.

The per-credit hour tuition rate is $92 for Nebraska residents and $138 for non-Nebraska residents. Fees for both in-state and out-of-state residents remain at $15 per credit hour.

For รศรรสำฦต students who utilize on-campus housing at the Columbus and Hastings campuses, the room rate will also stay the same.

โ€œDuring these uncertain pandemic-recovery times, I am pleased we are able to provide some level of certainty for our students, parents and families as they make important decisions as to their educational and career choices,โ€ said รศรรสำฦต President Dr. Matt Gotschall. โ€œWe are blessed to have a comprehensive system of coursework that prepares students for academic transfer, career and workforce goals.โ€

The รศรรสำฦต Board of Governors also voted to keep tuition and fees for Early College the same as last year. รศรรสำฦตโ€™s Early College program provides high school students with the opportunity to earn college credit or dual credit.

Tuition ranges from $0 per credit hour for schools that cover all instruction and facilities to a cap of $92 per credit hour for schools that donโ€™t. Student fees for Early College are $15 per credit hour.

โ€œรศรรสำฦต and its administration have always worked to ensure that the cost of postsecondary education has not been out of reach for many of our students who would not otherwise choose to go to college because of their financial constraints,โ€ said Dr. Troy Loeffelholz, superintendent of Columbus Schools, which participates in the Early College program. โ€œWe have many first-generation students who begin their post high school training and careers through รศรรสำฦต. It is affordable and the quality for the price of tuition is a great investment.โ€

Spring semester enrollment for Early College is up 7 percent.
